RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blesslet. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help with a clear and simple return process.
📦 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at contact@blesslet.com with the following information:
- ✔️ Your full name and order number
- ✔️ The reason for the return
- ✔️ Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📫 Exchanges
Need a different size, style, or replacement for a faulty item? Let us know — we’re happy to help with exchanges whenever possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- ✘ Clearance or final sale items
- ✘ Perishable or hygienic products (unless faulty)
- ✘ Customized or personalized items
📍 Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns, unless the product was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
