Solution Welding Flux-Cored Rods

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with a stainless-steel brush until shiny.

2. Evenly heat the area to be welded (do not heat the rod directly).

3. Rub the rod on the heated area until it flows smoothly for a secure bond.

Important: Never apply heat directly to the rod—doing so results in weak, crumbly welds.
